>>Who are we?

Luca and Eunnie are two Asian-American women who saw a niche for more mainstream fashion in the cosplay merch scene. Luxidity was born from a lot of late nights talking about our dream jobs, and we strive to bring you quality, well thought-out creative pieces that you'll love.

>>What's your shipping policy?

For USA orders, all orders under 16 oz will be shipped USPS first class, the rest will be shipped priority mail. Big Cartel has limited shipping options but they're always working on developing it so we hope to give you more options in the future! Product weights are listed in the size drop downs so you can estimate your total order weight. If your order is under 13 oz and you'd like to ship priority for the insurance, please add a priority mail upgrade (it's a separate item) to your cart. All international orders will be shipped first class.

>>Will you refund items lost in the mail?

Since we are just launching, we won't be doing refunds. If you're worried about your package getting lost, we suggest getting the priority mail upgrade so you can file for the insurance.

>>Will you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally, to all countries except for the UK due to VAT law changes. UK buyers can order through our Etsy 

>>What's your return policy?

We will accept exchanges for a different size but we are not accepting returns at the moment. Keep in mind that some sizes may be limited so check the sizing charts carefully!

>>Will you be getting more plus sizes?

Yes! That is one of our goals for the near future. Plus sizes can be tricky for traditional screen printing because they have to make a separate screen size but we aim to have up to 3XL eventually, although size availability also depends on the manufacturer.    

>>Where are your shirts printed?

All of our shirts are printed at small printing shops right here in the USA that are able to give our products the individual attention they deserve. Keep in mind that products done by hand may have small imperfections; if you feel that the product you received is not up to par with the quality you expected, please e-mail us at luxidityco.gmail.com

>>Do you have a sizing guide?

Each individual listing has a sizing guide included in the product images!
